Every product that we create is hand crafted using the finest quality swiss organic chocolate which is derived fine organic cocoa beans nestled in the rainforest environment in the Dominican Republic. These fair trade beans are then processed to a conch time of up to 72 hours to produce a silky textured Chocolate where the grain that is typically associated with (but not always limited to ) inferior blends is imperceptible to the palette.
